From the 28th February to the 8th March we are running the official Home Education Awareness week.

There will be a whole host of events and activities, including live Q&A events on our Facebook Page (and hopefully our TikTok), a competition for home ed kids to win a £50 voucher ENTER HERE entries close 1st March, there’s going to be articles on our BLOG including why teachers turn to home education and life after home education, across all social media you’re encouraged to share your story, a photo etc and use #homeeducation #EducationalFreedom and #notinvisible. You could even tag your MP in your posts. Let’s get the word out that home education is a valid alternative to school, that our children are not hidden, or in need of excessive LA involvement.

The week is going to be jam packed, there’s events organised by other home educators, such as an online protest on the 28th February, in person rallies on the 8th March. You can find out more about the week HERE along with images for you to download and share.
