It’s been 24 hours since the government released the first set of wording for the Children’s wellbeing bill and children not in school register. Whilst there’s a lot wrong with it, we will need considerable time to mark every concern and mistake, what we have done is a quick preliminary feedback. It’s rough, and you might find typos and terrible highlighting and formatting, but we wanted to get our initial thoughts to you as quickly as we could. We will let you mull this all over and as soon as we are able, in the new year, we will write a comprehensive response with our suggestions on what you can do to support the campaign against the sections that will do home educators harm.
