Advice from Home Educators
"Deschool, if your child has been in school. Listen to your child. Don't panic on the bad days. Enjoy it on the good days. It is such a precious time and such a privilege to be with your children so much. If I had my time again I would have home educated from the beginning. (You are required to provide a suitable education from the first day of home ed, deschooling means getting the school system out of your head, it means home educating whilst learning not to be like school)."

Please note: Educational Freedom takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information listed about each childminder. We recommend caution and common sense when choosing a childminder. Please do your own research and checks before employing a minder.
A childminder can not be legally responsible for providing home education for your child, however, it is acceptable for them to oversee 'homework'.
